Is that one of those stations that you can get on the internet, or have I got the wrong end of the stick again (like I usually do with IT type thingies) Mix

You can listen live if you have installed 'Realplayer' - if you Google BBC Radio Suffolk there are a bunch of buttons which take you to all the appropriate gubbins and do it for you. Make sure Aggie's up to the job, mind....

I'm going to be working so I'll miss it, is anyone going to pop a C-90 into the Amstrad?
Harry.

That John Hood at Radio Suffolk is a very nice chap, who knows his music, has a thorough grasp of radio dynamics and is all-round terribly good at what he does. He treated us very nicely, played three songs and mentioned the website address about every other sentence, by my reckoning. Top geezer. The tape will be doing the rounds of those who missed it shortly. Next stop, a 'live' acoustic session, hopefully. If we get any news on that we'll pass it on.

We're on the radio again! September the first, Radio Suffolk, half six in the evening. Four live songs, chat, live rows, that sort of thing. We might let Gib speak this time....

Our latest radio sesh went superbly - I'm listening to a tape of it now. Really good sound (thanks Dave) and everyone in top form, especially Mr. Jayems and Gib on 'Reaper' and the (still) recuperating Banjo Barnes on everything. Good work, Fiddly! Skirky

I too am very happy with the way it sounds, which is a major triumph for Dave the engineer who ran around like a mad thing for 30 minutes and got us all mic'd up and ready to go with about 30 seconds to spare. Sadly the host's microphone wasn't working properly...but all ours were ;D. Good performances all round too...yes I really am very pleased with it. The recording is certainly good enough to spread around, but I'll probably have to be very nice to the Beeb first. I'll have a go and see what they say.

We'll probably be doing Radio Suffolk's live John Peel Day gig in Ippo, at the unearthly hour of half eleven in the morning outside on The Cornhill. No news yet as to whether it'll be broadcast or not. Skirky.
