You missed our version of Guy Clark's 'L.A. Freeway', the debuting of 'Her' off the new work in progress album (it's got "hit single" written all over it, kids) and a lively take on The Carpenters' "On Top of the World" featuring a very game lady from the audience who was dragged up on stage to sing some choruses, as well as That Nice David Booth taking time out from AloneMe to do some wonderful songs and play the drums (at one point simultaneously), Tony Winn and friends doing some exquisite love songs, and the quite marvellous Canadian country chick chanteuse Carolyn Mark, who brought the house down and wore a great frock. A fun night out all round. We must do it again.
